Abstract
One of the most important changes that information and communication technologies have brought about is the ability for employees to work anytime and anywhere. They can work wherever including at home. Telecommunications services are substituted for transportation to a conventional office or other workplace. This practice is called "telecommuting." Teleworking refers to the use of information technology to partially or completely replace daily trips to and from the workplace. Teleworking could involve working at home, telecenter or mobile. The incidence of telework is increasing throughout the world. Most developed countries in the world have some level of participation in teleworking. Teleworking affect working life directly and indirectly in an enormous number of ways. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the effects of teleworking on employee, employers, organizations and also work environment. The paper begins with a brief summary of telework and forms. It then turns to an evaluation of the impact of telework on employee, employers and organizations. Additionally, considering apporaches of governments and trade unions attempts of European Commission were examined and also, legal legislation arrangements regarding teleworking were explained. Finally, Suggestion have overtured related to telework implementation process.
