| Abstract | Hasta datalarını;
hastaya ait girişim, tedavi ve bakıma ilişkin veriler oluşturmaktadır.
Bu veriler objektif ve subjektif niteliktedir. Hasta datalarının,
global bazda homojen olarak toplanabilmesi, süratle işlenip tasnif
edilebilmesi, standardizasyonu ve daha sonra kolayca ulaşılabilmesi
belirgin önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmamızın amacı; sağlık profesyonellerinin, hastane ortamında hasta kabul, tedavi ve bakımında bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik tutumlarını belirlemektir. Araştırmamız, Kütahya Devlet Hastanesi Cerrahi Servisleri, Acil, Yoğun Bakım ve Ameliyathane bölümlerinde çalışmakta olan doktor, hemşire, sağlık memuru, sağlık teknisyeni/teknikerleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen anket formu kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmamıza katılan sağlık profesyonellerinin, bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla kullanılan anket formundaki “hastanede bilgisayar kullanımı, sağlık ekibi üyelerinin iş yükünü arttırır.” ifadesine verdikleri cevaplar değerlendirildiğinde; sağlık profesyonellerin %43’i katılmıyorum ve kesinlikle katılmıyorum şeklinde cevaplar verirken, %56,9’unun bu ifadeye katıldığı yada katılma eğiliminde olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; hasta data sistemlerinin oluşturulma sürecinde multi disipliner yaklaşım çerçevesinde ilgili bilişim sektörleriyle ortaklaşa yapılan projelerin desteklenmesi ve kullanılabilirlik durumlarının karşılaştırılıp global bir platforma oturtulması gerekmektedir. The datas concerning the attempt, treatment and care pertaining to the patient create the patient datas. These datas have objective and subjective quality. The homogenic collection of patient datas in global base, the processing and classification of them quickly and its standardization and accessibility later on bear an evident importance. The aim of our research is to define the attitudes of the medical professionals concerning the use of computer in hospital in the reception of patient, in the treatment and care. Our research was done on the doctors, nurses, medical officials and medical technicians working at the department of surgical services, emergency, intensive care unit and surgical room, in Kütahya State Hospital. The research datas were gathered with the method of face to face talk by using the questionnaire developed by the researchers. In the questionnaire applied with a view to define the attitudes of medical professionals concerning the use of computer, when the answers given to the expression “the use of computer in hospital enhances the labour burden of the members of medical team” were evaluated, it was determined that 56.9 percent of the medical professionals agree with or tend to agree with the expression while the 43 percent give answers like I do not agree or absolutely do not agree. As a consequence, in the formation process of patient data systems within the frame of multidiscipliner approach, the projects created in common with the relevant data processing sectors are required to be supported and be put on a global platform as a result of the comparison of the conditions of utilization.
