Anadolu Üniversitesi tarafından yürütülen merkezi yüksek açıköğretim sisteminde 2000’li yıllarda internet ortamında verilen açıköğretim hizmetlerinin çeşitliliğinde ve bu hizmetlerden yararlanan öğrenci sayısında önemli artışlar olmuştur. Yılda iki yüz binden fazla öğrencinin yararlandığı 22 açıköğretim hizmet sitesinde öğrencilerin yaşadıkları teknik sorunları daha hızlı algılayarak çözüm geliştirebilmek amacıyla merkezi Açıköğretim e-Destek Hizmeti tasarlanarak uygulamaya konmuştur. Bu çalışma Açıköğretim e-Destek Hizmetine ait ihtiyaç analizi, tasarımı ve uygulanmasına ait deneyimleri içermektedir.

ABSTRACT

In the 2000s, the variety of the open education services provided in the Internet and the number of students using these services in the central high open education system executed by Anadolu University have increased substantially. The central Open Education e-Support Service was planned and has been implemented for 22 open education service sites used by more than 200 thousand students in a year in order to perceive the technical problems encountered by the students and find solutions to those problems. The focus of this study is the experiences regarding the needs analysis, design and implementation of the Open Education e-Support Service.
